Note: Only company administrators can access the Internal Members tab.
Access the Internal Member list by going to the company admin menu (gear icon in the top right) and selecting Company Setup > Internal Members.
The following permissions can be changed:
- Create Workspaces: Allows the internal member to create new workspaces in the company account.
- Host Web Meetings: Only applies if your company has a web meeting plan, and allows the internal member to initiate web meetings.
- Billing Admin: Allows a user to manage billing information
- Company Admin: Allows user to access the company setup area, and make changes to company settings.
To give an internal member any of the above permissions, just check the appropriate checkbox, scroll down, and click Update Permissions.
