Managing billing Information

To view and manage your paid services, click the company admin menu (gear icon in the top right corner) and select Company Setup.

Click on the Billing tab. The Billing tab contains information relating to the current plan and allows users to:


  • View invoice history
  • Change payment method
  • Manage the subscription

Update Billing and Payment Information

To update billing information click on the Update Billing and Payment Information button. Payment Information, billing contact, and billing company are all located within the Billing and Payment information section. Changes to payment information may take up to 24 hours to apply.


Upgrade/Downgrade Plan

To upgrade/downgrade your plan, please call us at 866-692-1649 or email us at and we will be happy to assist with upgrading/downgrading your current plan. Clicking on the Upgrade Your Account button will take you to a page with contact information.

Cancel Service

To cancel a paid account, use the Click here to Cancel Account link will take you to a page containing information on iMeet® Central's cancellation policy, as well as a form to complete the cancellation process.
