How to update billing and company administrators

iMeet® Central allows any internal member to have billing and company administrator rights. Billing administrators have access to all billing information. Company administrators can change any company level setting in iMeet Central, which includes adding internal members, changing company settings, and managing user permissions.

Only a company administrator can add and remove the billing and company admin permissions for internal members.

To update the billing and company administrator permissions:

  1. Go to the company admin menuForm(gear icon in the top right) and select Company SetupNote: If company setup is not an option, you are not a company administrator.
  2. Select Internal Members.                                                                                                                                                                                                         Form
  3. The Internal Members screen will list all internal members. To change who is a billing or company admin, check or uncheck the boxes in the columns Billing Admin and Company Admin for the member whose permissions you wish to change.
  4. To save your changes, scroll to the bottom and click Update Permissions
