Cloud Assist Update - 7th November 2025

Cloud Assist is the applet that allows you to open Microsoft files from iMeet Central on your Desktop for editing. 

We've released an update, please follow these steps to install the update

Old Version: 1.4.4

New Version 1.4.6

  1. Check your system tray to see if Cloud Assist is running. If it is, right-click and Exit

    The system will not prompt you to make this update if Cloud Assist is already running

2.  Within iMeet Central select EDIT on a file choose format DOC, XLS, or PPT

 

3. This Cloud Assist notification will pop-up

Select Download & Install

4. Open the exe from your download folder and follow the prompts to install

 

5. Choose Yes, update the existing installation

 

Version 1.4.6 addressed an issue with the Cloud Assist updater. After you get to this latest version, future updates will be much easier
