Submit a ticket to the Support Team

At the top right of the Help Center, follow the link to "Contact Us"

Choose the nature of your request: general question, report an issue or billing

Next, you are given the opportunity to describe your question or issue.

  • Please provide the email address associated with your iMeet Central account.
  • Be as descriptive as possible. Screenshots and links are very helpful. 
  • A support representative will reply via email with assistance.
