Often clients are added to workspaces and proofs. These steps will help to quickly address any issues with clients logging in, commenting, and approving proofs.
Proofing through Chrome Browser on Mac
Check if the user has "allow third-party cookies" option turned on. You can check it in Chrome Settings -> click Privacy and security -> Third-party cookies. It should be turned on. Then clear your Browser cache
Next have the user try opening a proof from iMeet Central to comment, they should be logged in
iMeet Central Logs User into Proof
To add a user to a proof, you must first confirm that they've accepted the invitation and logged into iMeet Central. For example, if you invite a user as an external member to a workspace but they have never logged in, the system will not be able to recognize them as a user to add to the proof.
In the People Tab of a workspace an admin can identify if they have not created an account because their invite is still pending. Click Resend Invite to send the link to create their account
Proof Viewer Not Logged in for User
If a user opens a proof and the sees a Sign in button on the top right corner, this means that they are not logged into the proof and cannot interact. The user should close the proof, clear cache & cookies in browser settings then access the proof again through the link in their email or the link in the iMeet Central workspace
