Troubleshoot Email Issues Using Message Trace Microsoft 365

Setup a custom query in Message Trace from Microsoft 365 

As an Admin in your company Microsoft 365 account login to Message Trace (you'll likely have to have your company IT Admin perform this search) https://admin.exchange.microsoft.com/#/messagetrace

1. Create a Custom Query

2. In the senders field look for the Message Events for emails sent to *@in.imeetcentral.com

You may find an auto unsubscribe event, a click event, or a response event. The event found here shows the response from your email server to imeetcentral.com
