SSO with OKTA

 

Use this document to setup Okta (website) Single Sign On (wiki) with iMeet® Central. If you don't have an account with Okta, try setting up a trial.

1) Sign into Okta and then select Admin.

 

 

 


 

 

2) Select Add Applications towards the right of the page. 

 

 

 


 

3) Begin typing Template SAML 2.0 App and Proceed to select Add.

 

 


 

4) Fill in the fields on the General Settings form. This example uses "holloway" as the custom domain but keep in mind to change this value to your company domain.

5) Select Next.

 

 

 


 

 

6) Select Done.

 

 

 


 

 

7) Select Sign On Tab.

 

 

 

 


 

 

8) Select View Setup Instructions.

 

 

 


 

 

For this section we recommend having two windows open on your screen so you can quickly copy and paste info.

 

9) Copy the value for "External key". Now login to iMeet® Central and navigate through 'Company Setup -> Advanced -> Single Sign On' and then paste "External key" into the "SSO URL (aka SAML Issuer / ID URL / etc)" field.

 

10) Copy the value for "Redirect Login URL". Now navigate back to 'Company Setup -> Advanced -> Single Sign On' and then paste "Redirect Login URL" into the "SSO Login URL" field.

 

11) Select the link "Download certificate" and then download the file. Open the file using a text editor and copy the text. Now navigate to back to 'Company Setup -> Advanced -> Single Sign On'. Locate "Message Signature Verification Method" and then select "Certificate". Under Certificate select RSA SHA1. Now paste the text into the "SSO Certificate" field.

12) Return to the Okta admin area and then select the Pencil Icon next to the name of your application.

13) Proceed to upload a custom logo.

 

 

 


14) Select People Tab.

 

 

 


 

15) Select Assign Application.

 

 

 


 

16) Select any users you wish to have access to iMeet® Central using SSO.

 

 

 


 

17) Select Confirm Assignments.

 

 

 


 

Finished! Test your connection by going to My Applications and selecting iMeet® Central.
