Resending workspace invitations

Company or Workspace Administrators can re-send invitations when needed by clicking on Resend Invite next to a user's name in the Internal Members area or the People tab of a workspace. When the Resend Invite link is used, your default email client will open with a new email message containing the invitation link.

If you continue to have issues with user's not receiving invitations, you can try the following tips:
  • have users check their junk or spam folders
  • check to see if you need to add the iMeet® Central e-mail servers to your safe senders list

Resending internal members invitations

To resend an Internal Member invitation, go to the company admin menu (gear icon in the top right) and select Company Setup > Internal Members and click Resend Invite.


Resending external member invitations

To resend an External Member invitation, go to the workspace he or she was invited to, select People > Permissions and click Resend Invite.


What if my email client is web based (Gmail, Yahoo Mail, or Hotmail)?

You don't have to have an email client like Outlook or Thunderbird to access the Resend invite link. If you prefer to use a web based email application, check out the articles below to set your default email client to Gmail, Yahoo Mail, or Hotmail:
