Viewing proofs from My Dashboard
Proofs that require action on your part will display on the dashboard. After logging in you can view proofs that are awaiting your review under upcoming calendar events in your dashboard.
My Proofs
You can view all proofs that you have been included in within the My Proofs area. To navigate to My Proofs click on the user drop-down menu (top right next to your name) and select Proofs. Below is an example of how this might look:
- Proofs Awaiting My Review: any proofs that you have not made a decision or commented on
- My Pending Proofs: proofs that you created or that are assigned to you and have not been closed
- All Proofs: all active and completed proofs
- All My Completed Proofs: proofs that you created or that were assigned to you and are closed
- Pending Proofs I Created: proofs you created that are not yet closed
- Completed Proofs I Created: proofs you created that are closed

What is SOCD?
All proof statuses will include the letters S, O, C, & D to indicate the stage a particular proof is in. These letters can be thought of as S for Start, O for Open, C for Comment, and D for Decision. The icons for each of these letters will change colors as actions are completed within the proof to illustrate progress made within each stage. The following describes the progress for each stage:
S is White when: Proof is still encoding
S is Green when: Proof is encoded
O is White when: Proof has not been opened
O is Green when: Proof has been opened before or after the deadline date
O is Orange when: Proof has not been opened and the deadline date is within 24 hours. (Once opened this turns green)
O is Red when: Proof has not been opened and the deadline is passed. (Once opened this turns green)
C: is only shown if the person may make a comment.
C is White when: Proof has not been commented on
C is Green when: Proof has been commented on at least once before or after deadline or when a decision is made.
C is Orange when: Proof has not been commented on and deadline date is within 24 hours. (Once a decision is made or if a decision is made this turns green)
C is Red when: Proof has not been commented on and the deadline has passed. (Once a decision is made or if a decision is made this turns green)
D: is only shown if the person may make a decision.
D is White when: Decision has not been made on proof.
D is Green when: Decision has been made on proof before or after deadline date.
D is Orange when: Decision has not been made and the deadline is within 24 hours. (Once a decision is made this turns green)
D is Red when: Decision has not been made and the deadline has passed. (Once a decision is made this turns green)
