OVERVIEW
Occasionally iMeet Central support may request an email header file.
Each email application will have it's own way of accessing this file. Here are a few different email application instructions to save the email header.
DETAILS
Outlook:
Open the email message. Go to "View" and select "Message Options" - or Go to "File" -> "Info" -> "Properties".
Choose "Internet Headers"
GMail:
Open the email message. Click the Reply drop-down in the upper right area
Scroll down and select "Show Original"
Thunderbird:
Open the message, then click on "View" and select "Message Source".
Yahoo Mail:
Open the message (click on it). Click on "Actions" and select "View Full Header".
Hotmail:
Go to the message list. Right-click on the message and select "View Message Source".
