Setting up web folders on Windows XP

Plan Compatibility:
  • Enterprise and Agency customers have full access to Web Folders.
  • Professional customers have READ ONLY access to Web Folders.

Web Folders support is native in Windows XP and is accomplished by mapping a network drive. Follow the steps below to connect to iMeet® Central. After the network location is added, it will appear in My Network Places.

Note: Although Windows XP has native support for web folders, we strongly recommend using a 3rd party application called WebDrive. WebDrive allows you to map the network folder to a drive letter and offers a much better experience on XP. Please also see: Configuring WebDrive on Windows XP.

If you run into an error stating Documents in this folder are not available. The folder may have been removed or deleted, or network problems may be preventing a connection to the server, then download this Windows update.
